Holey moley!

I've been buried at our shop and with our grandkids the past couple days and just saw this today!!

Thank you so much! It'll look marvelous in the horror section of our book shop :)

It's nice to know people are still reading Shirer's "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". I read it while I was 21 and in training for my Air Traffic career and referenced it frequently while taking a History course by correspondence to try and finish my degree. I suspect you would agree that after reading that, you can plainly see what those who espouse fascist ideas are up to in this day and age quite clearly and the way it's affecting every nation, including yours and mine. It's horrifying to watch it unfold around us when we can plainly see it happening in real time. Required reading indeed; I can only hope against hope that we aren't doomed to repeat the horrors of that era but on our own soil thanks to foreign actors.

On a lighter note, definitely wishing I got in on that print draw now!

Looks like I have some books to add to my list, thank you for such a thoughtful answer! I first got into audiobooks during the pandemic, my first one being The Gunslinger. I fell in love with the series, ever since I can’t imagine working without a book in my ears. Looking up art of the series is what led me to find your work and become a fan as well.

Some excellent voiced audiobooks you might like if you haven't heard them yet are the JOE ABERCROMBIE books in the First Law Trilogy as well as the subsequent series read by Steven Pacey...you really need to treat yourself.

Also any of the PHILIP KERR Bernie Gunther novels are fantastic. Great detective stories from the Weimar Republic era during the rise of Nazism.

And thanks for your answer, Michael.
