From an idea I had been carrying around in my head since the late '70s.
That there is “sky” below her—as if everything is actually upside down—is kind of an inside joke. It’s all a matter of perspective. The important thing is that she found the one unlocked window and has come to the light.

It looks like she is inside a "tube" of framed paintings. Each section has a very dull, grey painting in it. Not sure if that s what you intended but it s pretty cool.
