
An old favorite for a book by H. Beam Piper of Fuzzy fame.
With science fiction covers, I’m more interested in having a painting be about the figures in the composition, so the technology almost always takes a back seat to whatever else is going on.
At the same time, the abstract aspects of this composition were the main things for me; the colors and angles of view.
