COLD AND ALONE
Art inspired by The Dark Tower by Stephen King

COLD AND ALONE
Acrylic on Illustration Board - 13” x 10”
“Mordred was as cold as they were, every bit, and he had no one.”
In “The White Lands of Empathica” from The Dark Tower by Stephen King, scenes alternate between Roland’s katet and Mordred following their trail.
As they make camp, struggling with the cold to build a fire, Mordred is close enough to hear their faint voices but not make out their words. Looking on, he’s longing to be warm, shivering in the cold...and burning with unearthly hate.
